These Terms of Service govern your use of the Travalive Tours website and the travel planning and booking services we provide. By using our website or engaging our services, you agree to these terms.
1. About Us
Travalive Tours Pvt. Ltd. is a travel management company based in New Delhi, India, and a member of the Indian Association of Tour Operators (IATO). We arrange customised inbound, outbound, corporate and wellness travel.
2. Quotations & Bookings
Quotations are based on the information you provide and on supplier availability and pricing at the time of quoting; they are not confirmed until a booking is made and any required deposit is received. A booking is confirmed once we issue a written confirmation.
3. Prices & Payment
Prices may change until a booking is confirmed, and may be affected by currency fluctuations, taxes, fuel surcharges or supplier increases. Payment schedules, deposits and final balances will be set out in your quotation or invoice and must be paid by the stated dates to secure your arrangements.
4. Cancellations, Amendments & Refunds
Cancellations and changes are subject to the terms of the individual suppliers (airlines, hotels, operators) as well as any Travalive service fees. Refunds, where due, are made in line with those supplier policies and may take time to process. We recommend comprehensive travel insurance to protect against cancellation and unforeseen events.
5. Travel Documents, Visas & Health
You are responsible for holding a valid passport and the correct visas, permits and health documentation for your journey. We provide guidance and assistance with visas where offered, but the final responsibility for meeting entry and health requirements rests with the traveller. Please check current requirements well before departure.
6. Insurance
We strongly recommend that all travellers hold adequate travel insurance covering medical expenses, cancellation, curtailment, baggage and personal liability for the full duration of the trip.
7. Third-Party Suppliers
Many elements of your trip are delivered by independent third-party suppliers. Travalive acts as an agent and coordinator in arranging these services and selects partners with care, but the services themselves are subject to the suppliers' own terms and conditions.
8. Our Liability
We take great care in arranging your travel. To the extent permitted by law, Travalive is not liable for loss, delay, injury or damage caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including acts of God, weather, strikes, political events, or the acts or omissions of third-party suppliers ("force majeure"). Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
9. Your Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate information, to behave respectfully towards suppliers and fellow travellers, and to comply with local laws and the reasonable instructions of guides and operators during your journey.
10. Intellectual Property
The content of this website — text, design, and materials, excluding third-party images credited on our Attributions page — is the property of Travalive Tours or its licensors and may not be reproduced without permission.
11. Complaints
If something is not right during your trip, please tell us or the supplier immediately so we can try to resolve it. Any unresolved concerns should be raised with us in writing within a reasonable time after your return.
12. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Delhi.
