Upon arriving at Delhi Airport, you will be greeted and transferred to a hotel in Central Delhi based on your flight schedule. After checking in, there will be a group ice-breaking session followed by a welcome dinner with drinks.
On Day 1 of the IHGF, we will go to Greater Noida after breakfast and have a half-day guided tour to familiarize the group with the different sections and categories of the convention. Afterwards, individuals can explore on their own. Back at the hotel, there will be a conference for networking with service providers, presentations, and a networking dinner and drinks.
On Day 2 of the IHGF, we will have breakfast and then proceed to the event where each buyer can independently source. Afterwards, we will embark on our journey back to the hotel. To cap off the day, we will indulge in the delicious local cuisine of Delhi for dinner before returning to the hotel for the night.
This will be an optional day for each person. Every person can select their preferred choice of Visit on this day. ***The selection must be provided at the time of sending your registration confirmations for the tour
Today we will delve into the rich history, heritage and culture of Delhi. We will explore a mix of famous monuments, savor local delicacies, and indulge in street shopping. We will then be treated to an evening of cultural dance and music, culminating in a farewell dinner.
The group members who will not be extending their sourcing trip with us will be transferred to the airport according to their scheduled flight departures. Those who will be extending their trip to continue sourcing in the Home Textiles hub will be taken to the Domestic Airport and fly to Coimbatore. Upon arrival, we will transfer to Karur, check in to the hotel, and have dinner in the hotel's restaurant.
After breakfast, we will schedule 2-3 factory visits based on availability. Alternatively, group members can also visit the factories of vendors they sourced from at the IHGF. In the evening, we will return to the hotel and have dinner in the hotel's restaurant.
After an early breakfast, we will transfer to Coimbatore Airport for the flight back to Delhi. Upon arrival, we will go to the hotel and check in to the Aerocity Hotel. We will then enjoy a casual pub dinner at a nearby restaurant.
