Itinerary

Day 1 GANGTOK

Pick-up from Bagdogra airport & drop at Gangtok Hotel. Check in at the hotel and relax. The rest of the day will be at your will to explore. You can visit the MG Market. You can also indulge into horse riding activities here. Spend overnight comfortably at the hotel in Gangtok.

Day 2 GANGTOK

After breakfast start for an excursion to Changu Lake which is 55 kms from Gangtok city each way. On the way visit Hanuman Tok - is a Hindu temple complex which is located in the upper reaches of Gangtok, the capital of the Indian state of Sikkim. The temple is dedicated to lord Hanuman, and maintained by the Indian army. It was established in 1952. An optional tour to Nathula Pass can also be arranged at an extra cost. The pass is among the highest motorable roads reachable by travellers in the world and it connects India to China’s Tibet Autonomous Region. Overnight stay at Gangtok.

Day 3 GANGTOK

After breakfast, get ready for today’s sightseeing. First, head to the Tsomgo Lake -  is a glacial lake in the East Sikkim district of the Indian state of Sikkim, some 40 kilometres from the capital Gangtok. that requires a 3-hour drive to reach. Set at a height of 12,400 feet. Then, head to the Baba Mandir - Located on the road between Jelepla and Nathula Pass, Baba Mandir is visited by hundreds of people every day. It is a shrine set at an altitude of 13,200 feet. Return, overnight rest.

Day 4 LACHUNG

After breakfast, check-out from hotel & travel to Lachung. En-route visiting villages and waterfall. Check-in at Hotel. Overnight stay at Lachung.

Day 5 LACHUNG

Have a stomach-filling breakfast and start your day early by proceeding towards the Yumthang Valley. It stands for ‘The Valley of Flowers’. You can also visit the hot springs that are considered to have medicinal curative properties. Enjoy a short stopover at the Bheema and Twin Falls - The fall is situated at a distance of about 13 km from Lachung offers a spellbound view. An optional tour to the Zero Point can be arranged for on request and at an additional cost. Set at an altitude of 15,300 feet above sea level, civilians are barred from going any further than this point as the international border of China lies only a few meters ahead. Return back to Hotel, overnight stay

Day 6 LACHEN

After breakfast, check-out from Hotel in Lachung & travel to Lachen. Check-in at Hotel & refresh Thereafter, first, head to the Gurudongmar Lake - is one of the highest lakes in the world and in India, at an elevation of 5,430 m according to the Government of Sikkim. It is located in the Great Himalayas in the Mangan District in Indian state of Sikkim, and considered sacred by Buddhists, Sikhs and Hindus. . It is one of the highest lakes in the world. Then, make your way through Chopta Village and Thangu before heading back to the hotel in Lachen. Drive back to the hotel in Lachen & overnight stay.

Day 7 LACHEN

After breakfast, get ready for sightseeing of – Lachen Monastry - built in 1858, is a Nyingma Buddhist monastery near Lachen, Sikkim, northeastern India. It is home to Lachen Monastic School, Naga Water Fall - Situated on Gangtok-Chungthang road, it is one of the waterfalls in Sikkim and among the must visit places in Lachung., rest leisure time. Overnight stay.

Day 8 GANGTOK

Have a stomach-filling breakfast and start your day early by checking out from the hotel in Lachen & travelling to Gangtok. Visit, Seven Sisters Water Falls, which makes you feel as though the paradise has unleashed. Embrace the pristine atmosphere and catch on the rainbow which is usually produced by the sunlight that passes through the cascades. Later - visit other places en-route, which will be worth exploring. Continue your journey to reach to the hotel Gangtok. On arrival, check in and enjoy a comfortable overnight.

Day 9 GANGTOK

Post breakfast, get ready and then you will go through procedures and documentation to get permits for the place. After acquiring the permits, board your vehicle and begin your adventurous road journey to East Sikkim. Perched on a rugged terrain, the primitive town of Zuluk lies very close to the Indo-China Border, and was once famous for being a stop point on the Silk Route. Upon reaching Zuluk after a tiring journey on the zigzag mountain roads, check into your hotel. Spend some time at leisure. Return back to Gangtok & overnight stay.

Day 10 RAVANGLA

After breakfast, check-out from Hotel & travel to Ravangla. Check-in at hotel, refresh. After Lunch visit Tatagatha - Tsal (Buddha Park). Evening time free to walk around the Town. Overnight Stay at the Hotel.

Day 11 PELLING

Have breakfast. Prepare for some local sightseeing in Pelling. - First, head to the Darap Valley - is a census village in West Sikkim district, Sikkim, India. As per the 2011 Census of India, Darap village has a total population of 1,743 people including 901 males and 842 females. Darap village is 8 KM away from Pelling town and is a tourist place., the Kanchenjunga waterfall & one more waterfall. Then, proceed to visit other places. Return to the hotel in the evening and stay overnight. 

Day 12 DARJEELING

Enjoy breakfast at Pelling post which, prepare for check out & Transfer to Darjeeling . On arrival, check in at the hotel. Thereafter, visit Tiger Hill - is a mountain located in Darjeeling, in the Indian State of West Bengal. It has a panoramic view of Mount Everest and Mount Kanchenjunga together, Ghoom Monastery - is the popular name of Yiga Choeling. The monastery belongs to the Gelukpa or the Yellow Hat sect  and other places. Spend the overnight relaxing in the comfort of the cozy hotel room.

Day 13 NAMCHI

After breakfast, check-out from hotel & travel to Namchi. Check-in at hotel & later leave for sightseeing - Namchi Chardham which is a huge temple complex on Solophok hill with a giant statue of Lord Shiva along with replica of the four famous dhams of India and twelve Jyotirlingas, and you can also visit Samdruptse Monastery one of the most revered monasteries in South Sikkim - Samdruptse means "The wish fulfilling hill" in local Bhutia language Padmasambhava also known as Guru Rinpoche, was an 8th-century Buddhist master ) which is about 7kms from Namchi town and up on Samdruptse hill at same day. Evening return to hotel, overnight stay.

Day 14 KALIMPONG

After breakfast, check-out from hotel & travel to Kalimpong. Reach, check-in at hotel, refresh. Later, get ready for sightseeing of - city tour visiting Thongsa Gumpa - Located close to Mangal Dham, Thongsa Gumpha is the oldest monastery in the entire Kalimpong region and among the best places to visit in Kalimpong and flower nurseries & monasteries as well. Overnight at hotel.

Day 15 KALIMPONG

After breakfast, check-out from Hotel & you’ll be dropped at Bagdogra Airport for your further journey.
